Celebrate the Year of the Pig with a Chinese Cooking Class
Join us for a hands-on cooking class in which Chef Zeff will share her Chinatown cooking secrets. In honor of the Year of the Pig, all recipes will feature pork. The class will end with a convivial lunch.

You will learn to make
• Wonton soup
• Steamed baby ribs in black bean sauce with steamed rice
• Do-it-yourself fortune cookies
We’ll chop, then stir fry or wok-steam our ingredients, create dipping sauces, and then enjoy our “bounty” in a shared lunch with appropriate beverages.
Please bring an apron, a Chinese cleaver (if you have one) or a sharp paring knife, and a cutting board.
