Sydney Sciaini and Marie Giacalone will share their recipes, techniques, and tips for making your own sausage. They will make two kinds of sausage: Italian and Sweet & Spicy Breakfast.
Marie and Sydney will begin with whole pork shoulder, and go through the process of grinding and seasoning the meat, stuffing it into casings, and/or making breakfast patties. When the sausages are finished, they will be the centerpiece of lunch.
