SUMMARY:Stuff It! A Slow Sausage Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Workshop and Lunch\nSydney Sciaini and Marie Giacalone will share their recipes\, techniques\, and tips for making your own sausage. They will make two kinds of sausage: Italian and Sweet & Spicy Breakfast. \nMarie and Sydney will begin with whole pork shoulder\, and go through the process of grinding and seasoning the meat\, stuffing it into casings\, and/or making breakfast patties. When the sausages are finished\, they will be the centerpiece of lunch. \nLunch Menu \nSausages \nGratin of onions and fennel \nColeslaw \nRoasted potatoes \nFrozen Meyer lemon mousse \nWe encourage you to bring a beverage of your choice. \nSydney Sciaini’s home\, Cloverdale (address will be sent upon registration) \nRegistration\nThe cost for this event is $35 for Slow Food members and $45 for nonmembers.
