DESCRIPTION:Meet the chickens at Wise Acre Farm and enjoy their eggs at brunch!\nOur farm tour will be followed by brunch in the beautiful garden of a nearby home. The menu will include fruit\, croissants\, frittatas\, deviled eggs\, mimosas\, and coffee. \n\nSpace is limited so please RSVP now! slowfoodsonomacountynorth@gmail.com. \n$25 per person\, $35 for non-members. To confirm your reservation\, send a check made out to Slow Food SCN\, c/o Marisha Zeffer\, 195 Westside Road\, Healdsburg 95448. \n\nWise Acre Farm raises happy\, healthy chickens in an environmentally friendly manner: \n“We have custom built mobile coops to provide our hens with a safe comfortable shelter. During the day our chickens are free to forage for their natural diet consisting of: seeds\, green plants\, insects and worms. We supplement this diet with certified non GMO\, organic feed. Every week the hens get moved\, which allows the previous fields to rejuvenate for up to 8 months.”
