Join us for a hands-on pie-making workshop.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMonday\, January 27\, 1-4 pm\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCloverdale\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nwith Chef Christine Piccin\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe’ll discuss what goes into a tender\, delicious crust\, I’ll teach you my tricks and soon you’ll be shaping your own perfect pies. She has paired food and wine for wineries\, was the president of the Sonoma County Culinary Guild and a Harvest Fair Sweepstakes Award winner\, a competition she now helps judge.
