DESCRIPTION:The Return of Our Sausage-Making Workshop!\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin us for a fun and delicious day of making Italian sausage. We’ll enjoy the results of our morning workshop with lunch.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWednesday\, November 13\, 10 am-2 pm\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSciaini Family Estate\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n25975 River Road\, Cloverdale\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis workshop will be led by Slow Food members Marie Giacalone and Denaire Nixon\, cooks and bakers extraordinaire. It is hands-on and limited to 10 participants. Learn how to grind the meat\, season it\, and insert it into casings.
