The Return of Our Sausage-Making Workshop!

Join us for a fun and delicious day of making Italian sausage. We’ll enjoy the results of our morning workshop with lunch.

Wednesday, November 13, 10 am-2 pm

Sciaini Family Estate

25975 River Road, Cloverdale

This workshop will be led by Slow Food members Marie Giacalone and Denaire Nixon, cooks and bakers extraordinaire. It is hands-on and limited to 10 participants. Learn how to grind the meat, season it, and insert it into casings. When the sausage is ready, we’ll grill it for lunch.

Lunch includes salad and wine as well.

Tickets are $50 for Slow Food members and $60 for non-members.

Because this workshop has limited attendance, it is being offered first to current chapter members.
