Instruction and practice, followed by lunch

Join the Diaz Sisters and learn to make flour tortillas. Margie Diaz Bourdon and Eliza Diaz Thompson will lead us in a morning session on the process, sprinkled with some stories and fun. Learn to make the dough, roll with the pipa and grill up light, delicious tortillas. You will never want to buy store-bought again!

Hands on, we will work together to make the dough and get a feel for rolling out the tortillas.

Lunch featuring the tortillas will be served, a meal including Chile Colorado with beans, rice and more.
